📦 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the care of USPS and or Federal Express.

📍 Lost or Delayed Packages

Unity Tress Incorporated is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by USPS

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.”

If your package is delayed or missing, we recommend contacting USPS or Federal Express

directly with your tracking number.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Photos of the packaging

• Photos of the damaged product

We will review and resolve your case promptly.

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

If an order is returned due to incorrect information:
